DOA/Defective on arrival (first 14 days)

  • Contact info@luckystore4you.com with order #, serial #, and issue description.

  • We’ll assist with troubleshooting and provide a prepaid label or exchange where applicable.


Standard returns (30‑day window)

  • Item must be in original condition with all accessories.

  • For non‑defective returns, the buyer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.


After 30 days

  • Coverage continues under the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll guide you through any RMA steps.


Best practices

  • Keep the box, accessories, and protective caps.

  • Photograph the serial label and condition before shipping.

  • Use the provided label/packaging instructions to avoid transit damage.
